“Recepción never at the Desk always to be called. Service was too strict. We arrived late from a long travel and they could not wait 2 minute to order. Kitchen was closing at 10 and we could not order at 10.02, so my girlfriend needed to order for me while i was in the room. In general clean and nice the room, restaurant and food was quite ”

“Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.”

“We had high expectations (having read other reviews) and weren’t disappointed. It was a warm and welcoming hotel with very friendly staff who were keen to help and very smiley! Our apartment was huge and more than adequate for the 5 of us. We enjoyed use of the sauna several times during our stay and really liked the fresh ingredients at breakfast. Being in a country where we don’t speak the language it was great that the staff had an adequate grasp of English to answer our queries.”

“A lovely spot with a great view, and most importantly the host and his son were responsive to everything. You are not in the UK, US or EU, the electricity went out, the water went off and the internet went down in the week I was there, but it was not a big deal, they were on it and had it fixed in no time. “It was hard to find at first, but thankfully we found someone who was very helpful and kind. The main complaints were that the cabin was not 100% done being built. For example there were outlet covers missing and no railing on the staircase. Another issue is that the bathroom will have water/mold issues in the future as there is no shower curtain or exhaust fan so the bathroom got musty even by the end of our three nights.”

“Fantastisch hotel (I.t.t. andere reviews over dit hotel!). Sinds 8 maanden open, modern gebouwd. Eigenaars (familie) hebben Nederlandse achtergrond en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Mochten EV-laden aan de overkant in hun eigen garage. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor allerlei Nikes in Durmitor National Park (ingang 7 min rijden vanaf hotel). ABSOLUTE AANRADER!!”
